This Privacy Policy explains how AUSZ Global Pty Ltd ("AUSZ Global", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use the Nuvel app and this website. We've written it to be plain and honest. If anything is unclear, email us at info@nuvel.com.au.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you create an account (or the basic profile from Apple/Google sign-in).
- Photos you provide — the selfies used to build your body model, an optional face headshot, and photos of your clothing items.
- Wardrobe & styling data — the items you add, outfits you save, and what you mark as worn.
- Optional details — measurements and preferences you choose to enter to improve fit and styling.
- Usage data — basic, app-level information needed to operate the service and fix problems.
How we use your information
- To create your photoreal body model and render virtual try-ons on it.
- To generate outfit suggestions from your wardrobe and the occasion you choose.
- To provide wardrobe insights, your lookbook, and shopping suggestions.
- To operate, secure, support and improve the app.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos for advertising.
How your data is stored and shared
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure, and your private files (photos and renders) are access-restricted to your account. We share data only with service providers who help us run Nuvel — for example, the AI image-rendering services that produce your try-on images, and our cloud hosting and authentication providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their terms; we share only what is needed to deliver the feature you requested.
If you tap through to a retailer from a shopping suggestion, that retailer's own privacy policy applies on their site.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your body model — you can remove your body model and associated photos at any time in the app.
- Delete your account — you can delete your account and associated data from within the app.
- Access & correction — contact us to access or correct your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your body model or account, the associated data is removed from our active systems.
Children
Nuvel is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
