These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nuvel app and this website, provided by AUSZ Global Pty Ltd ("AUSZ Global", "we", "us"). By using Nuvel, you agree to these Terms.

Using Nuvel

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Nuvel. You are responsible for the photos and content you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Don't use Nuvel for anything unlawful or to upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and wardrobe content you add. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the app's features to you — for example, building your body model and rendering try-ons. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Subscriptions

Nuvel offers a free tier and an optional paid "Pro" subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store and renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account. Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice.

AI-generated images

Virtual try-on images are generated by AI and are an approximation. They illustrate how a garment may look but are not a guarantee of exact fit, colour or appearance. Always refer to the retailer's own product details before purchasing.

Third-party retailers

Nuvel may link to third-party retailers. We are not responsible for their products, pricing, content or policies, and any purchase you make is between you and that retailer. Nuvel is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer mentioned unless stated.

Service availability

Nuvel is offered "as is" while in beta and is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, AUSZ Global is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable laws.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
